A little about me…
My name is Catherine, I am a mum to three young boys and I know first hand how exhausting sleepless nights can be.
My oldest two were quite easy at bedtimes and usually slept through the night with no fuss, me and my husband had actually convinced ourselves that was down to us somehow despite not doing any kind of sleep training with them…
We first came to realised this was just pot luck when my youngest started struggling with sleep at six months old, It felt relentless, every single night for such a long time he would scream, cry, shout and demand I stayed in his bedroom for most of the night. I couldn’t see through the fog and for a long time every night and every day became a struggle. We eventually sought out guidance ourselves and achieved better nights but during that time i experienced the same challenges so many parents face; the worry, the fatigue and the feeling of not knowing what to try next.
My own journey led me to learn more about children’s sleep and complete professional training to become a certified sleep consultant. Now I’m passionate about supporting families with newborns up to 5 year olds using gentle, responsive methods to help them reach their sleep goals and enjoy better nights.
I have trained with some of the best sleep consultants in the UK to gain the skills needed to help other tired parents achieve the sleep their family needs. It is totally achievable with the right plan to follow and someone to help along the way.
